Does Your Platform Accept Paper Based Tenders & Documents?
 Mptorem has been designed to make the whole tendering process more efficient than traditional manual processes. In order to benefit the most from this we prefer to reduce paper wasteage as much as possible. So we encourage the digitalisation of documents and paper tenders. However, we understand that not everyone is operating in the brave new world of digitisation. So yes, we can absolutely upload and manage a paper based tendering and contract process. Both the Tender Issuer and Tenderer can upload and download any document, and the evaluation process also be based on paper based documents. 
What Does Digitised Tenders & Auctions Involve?
We believe that paper based tenders and auctions will sooner or later become a thing of the past. They are inefficient, time consuming and ultimately carry a huge carbon footprint. Complex Tenders and Auction Offerings can run into many different volumes, each of many 100’s of pages.  And then there are the submissions and offers to consider. This means that frequently, important details are missed during the event process that should have been captured and formed part of the final contract terms. Digitisation means that the content is managed completely online. It is easily accessible at any time, stored securely and can be produced in many different formats (including paper!).  With Mptorem you will always receive an audit trail of your event activities, and the content of each event can be accessed and saved by you personally. So you are unlikely to lose any valuable information. If you specify, we can store the event information for a specific period (say a number of years) to meet your own compliance requirements.
What If I'm Not Happy With The Tender or Auction Content or Event?
Our aim and intention is to ensure that you are happy. There is no benefit in us launching an event unless you are happy for it to go ahead. Your event lead will work closely with you to ensure that you approve of how the tender or auction event is  developing. And before the event goes life, there will be a quality control review of the event by Mptorem staff as well as your Mptorem event team. This takes place before you are notified that the event is ready for your final review. Only when everyone is happy will we publish your event.  So there are many opportunities to address any quality or content issue during the event process.
What If My Stakeholders Need to Check The Tender or Auction, Won't That Take Long?
 Your event lead will engage your nominated stakeholders during the event project process. You may have requested that specific people participate on some level in the event itself. The beauty of our system is that we can monitor their involvement online and track their responses. So if there appears to be a significant delay on someone’s part, we can act fairly quickly (provided you agree, of course!). This might mean following up with them via a number of conversations or meetings. Worst case scenario, we can with your permission simply replace their participation with someone else.
How Secure is My Data?
You can be sure that data stored on Mptorem is secure and housed in the most up to date data centres.  Our main data centre is located in Singapore and is hosted in a facility that has been certified to ISO/IEC 27018:2014, ISO/IEC 2017:15 standards for cloud security, and ISO 27001:2013 information security management standards. Our applications support are hosted in ISO 27001:2013 certified facilities in the United Kingdom and are fully CPS (Content Protection) and PCI compliant. In addition, all our centres comply with the Safe Harbour standards U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
